Legal scope and terms of advisory

MBICC is an independent consultancy and not an insurance company, brokerage, or law firm. We provide technical advisory services, policy clause forensics, and structured escalation guidance to assist policyholders in understanding complex contract documentation. MBICC does not guarantee claim approval, financial payouts, or courtroom representation under any circumstances.

All final claim decisions remain under the sole authority of the respective insurance company, insurance ombudsman, or judicial court. Our advisory role is strictly preparatory and analytical. We do not issue insurance policies, collect premiums, or exercise binding authority over insurer settlements.
